Sliding Scale Access
Impact shouldn’t depend on your cash flow.
you shouldn’t have restraints on the good That you can do.
You’re building something that matters—often with a tiny team, a tight budget, and way too much on your plate. We get it.
That’s why The Reclaimers offers a sliding scale (Community Rate) for a limited number of nonprofits, social enterprises, and impact-driven orgs that need real infrastructure + growth support—but don’t have “agency money.”
You still get the same depth. The same systems. The same care.
Just priced in a way that doesn’t break your org.
Information
This isn’t a discount for the sake of being nice.
It’s a pricing model built around our values:
Equity by design (not optics)
Stewards, not saviors
Sustainable pacing (for you and for us)
Real implementation (not strategy decks that die in Google Drive)
Community Rate exists so teams doing meaningful work can access systems, marketing support, and execution—without having to choose between mission and survival.
What “community rate” means here.
Community Rate is a great fit if you’re any of the following:
A nonprofit running lean (small staff, volunteer-heavy, or scaling after early traction)
A social enterprise / co-op / community-rooted business with real impact, but constrained cash flow
A team in a building season (new ED, new programs, growth pains, fundraising rebuild, operational chaos)
An org with momentum but missing the infrastructure to sustain it (systems, workflows, pipeline, board rhythm, comms)
If you’re doing meaningful work and money is the bottleneck—not commitment—we want you to apply.
Who this is for
We keep this human. No hoops. No shame.
To set a fair rate, we look at a few practical signals like:
Annual budget / revenue range
Current cash reserves / runway
Team size + capacity
Funding predictability (steady vs. volatile)
Program urgency + time sensitivity
Whether our work will directly unlock revenue, retention, or sustainability
You won’t be asked to upload financial statements.
We’re looking for context, not proof.
What we consider (simple + non-invasive)
A note on dignity + confidentiality
Money can be personal. We treat it that way.
Your request is confidential
Approval is based on fit + capacity, not judgment
Quality of service is never reduced due to your rate
We’ll always be transparent about what’s possible
You deserve systems that work—without having to “earn” help by being exhausted enough.
