What if this is outside our budget?
If cost is the only barrier, we offer a limited number of Community Rate spots for under-resourced nonprofits. To request one, open the Resources tab in the header menu and select Community Rate Request.

How is this different from the Reset Intensive?
The Reset Intensive is about stabilizing chaos and clearing bottlenecks.
The Growth Intensive is about increasing traction and building a focused plan to grow revenue or funding in the next 30–90 days.

POLICIES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
Scheduling + confirmation
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your short intake and choose your session time. Your booking is only finalized once your intake is submitted.
Reschedule + cancellation
Reschedule (48+ hours notice): You may reschedule one time at no cost if you email us at least 48 hours before your start time.
Reschedule (24–48 hours notice): Reschedules requested 24–48 hours before your session may be approved with a $50 rescheduling fee (subject to availability).
Under 24 hours: Changes requested within 24 hours are treated as a late cancellation and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancel (48+ hours notice): Cancel at least 48 hours prior for a full refund minus payment processing fees (if applicable).
Cancel (under 48 hours): Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows: No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we’ll still end at the scheduled time to respect the calendar. (We’ll focus on the highest-impact decisions first.)
Deliverables + turnaround
Your written 2-week Sprint Plan (and any agreed notes/checklists) will be delivered within 48 hours after your session.
Scope of support
This is a strategy + action working session. We provide recommendations, frameworks, and a clear sprint plan—implementation is up to you unless you choose ongoing support.
Results disclaimer (in a client-friendly way)
We’ll bring proven frameworks and direct guidance, but results depend on factors like execution, offer/program fit, budget, and market conditions. We’ll focus on the highest-leverage moves you can realistically execute.
Refunds
Refunds are available only under the cancellation terms above. Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Recording + confidentiality
If recording is requested, it’s for your internal use only. We treat what you share as confidential and won’t share your information outside our team without permission (unless required by law).
