We respond within 2 business days. Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Meetings are defined by your plan tier and additional meetings can be added at an hourly rate. Proposals are valid for 7 days. If your needs shift beyond the agreed scope we will have a direct conversation before any additional work begins, and any changes will be quoted separately.
